1.8T 20V Top-Mount Exhaust Manifold Gen.2 – Up to 700 hp

The new Gen.2 top-mount exhaust manifold for the popular 1.8T 20V engine was developed specifically for high-performance turbo conversions and motorsports. Thanks to its flow-optimized 4-1 design and generous 48 mm channels, this high-performance exhaust manifold enables power outputs of up to 700 hp while improving turbocharger response.

Maximum performance for 1.8T turbo conversions

Unlike conventional forced-induction exhaust manifolds, the Gen.2 exhaust manifold features a modern 4-to-1 design. This allows exhaust gases to flow more efficiently, resulting in faster turbo response and significantly more power and torque even in the mid-range.

The flow-optimized 48 mm cross-sections significantly increase exhaust flow and create ideal conditions for high-performance Garrett, Turbosmart, Tial, or Precision turbochargers.

High-quality 1.4849 cast stainless steel – motorsport quality

For maximum durability under extreme thermal loads, the exhaust manifold is manufactured from heat-resistant cast stainless steel 1.4849. This high-quality material offers:

  • Heat resistance up to approx. 1100 °C

  • High strength and elongation at break

  • Extreme durability in motorsports

  • Perfect for high boost pressures and continuous operation

The special alloy of chromium, nickel, molybdenum, niobium, and other high-quality components makes 1.4849 the ideal choice for high-performance turbo exhaust manifolds in racing and performance applications.

Universal turbocharger compatibility

Thanks to the 3 adapter rings included in the package, the top-mount exhaust manifold is flexibly compatible with numerous turbochargers:

(relative to the respective exhaust side)

The adapter rings enable easy and clean integration of various turbocharger setups.
