Our ECU tuning via ECU submission is a so-called base application. This software is primarily intended to safely put the vehicle into operation with the installed hardware modifications, so that it can be driven under its own power to a dynamometer or tuner.
At our partner company CCT Motorsport GmbH, the price of the base application can be offset against a tuning session on the dynamometer. Please feel free to contact us about this!
The software is individually compiled based on your vehicle and modification details. This includes, among other things, information on installed components such as mass air flow sensor, fuel injectors, turbocharger, intercooler, or other performance-enhancing parts.
Before placing your order, we therefore ask you to send us an email to info@turbo-parts.dewith the installed modifications as well as the ECU number. We will then check whether a suitable software solution is available for your setup.
The adapted software will then be programmed onto your submitted engine control unit and returned to you via DHL after completion.
Please be sure to include a list of the installed parts with the control unit or send it to us in advance by email.
Since we cannot technically inspect the vehicle in advance or measure it on a dynamometer, the software is based on our extensive experience and dyno knowledge from comparable vehicle setups.
We rely on numerous proven and reliably functioning mappings that have been specifically tuned to similar combinations of turbocharger, fuel injectors, mass air flow sensor, and other hardware.
The supplied base application is intended to ensure that the vehicle can be operated reliably with the modifications made.
IMPORTANT:
This software is expressly not intended for permanent full-load driving, racetrack use, or extreme loads.
For maximum performance, perfect drivability, and the highest operational reliability, we generally recommend individual custom tuning on a dynamometer. Only there can the software be precisely adapted to the actual condition and mechanical characteristics of the engine.
For safety reasons, our base tunes are deliberately set slightly richer than the stock tune. This prevents the engine from running too lean under load and thereby causing damage.
If problems occur after installation of the modified control unit, we are of course available by phone to work with you to find a solution.

As part of statutory rectification attempts, we expressly refer to the technical inspection on the dynamometer at CCT Motorsport GmbH. Only there can modifications be properly checked and necessary adjustments be carried out reliably.
