Description:
The ball-bearing upgrade turbocharger Garrett GT2871R is simply exchanged for the original turbocharger. No modification work, no welding required. A special downpipe flange is included in the kit, which fits directly to the original downpipe. Thanks to the ball-bearing system, the turbo responds very early. The maximum power with this turbo is approx. 400 hp; to achieve this, larger injectors,  ø 70mm downpipe, a 255L/h fuel pump, 100-cell catalytic converter, sport exhaust ø 70mm and upgrade intercooler must also be used. So that the engine can withstand the power, steel connecting rods  and forged pistons are required. The engine management must then be adapted to the components. 

We adapt the turbo for you in such a way that it can be installed in the vehicle. Due to the limited space in the engine bay, it may still be necessary to adjust the turbo manually on the vehicle. To do this, you simply loosen the screws on the turbo's retaining plates and rotate the turbo itself into the final position. Then tighten the screws again.
