Description plug&play 2.0 TFSI Downpipe:

The ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces backpressure, which relieves the turbocharger and in turn provides more power and lower exhaust gas temperature. The post-cat sensor may need to be coded out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel to prevent distortion and thus avoid leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. There are 2 O2 sensor ports M18x1.5mm welded in. The connecting pipe to the exhaust has ø 76mm, and can also be ordered with a reducer sleeve 76>60mm as original. The downpipe sits between the turbocharger and exhaust. A 100-cell sport catalytic converter with ø 120mm diameter is welded in. Power handling up to max. 500hp is possible; of course, the other components such as intake, exhaust system, injectors, exhaust manifold, intercooler, turbocharger must also be installed and the software adjusted accordingly. Upgrade turbochargers like K04-064 plug & play also fit the downpipe, it is simply exchanged 1:1 with the original.
