The DeatschWerks DW65v is a high-performance, in-tank fuel pump specifically designed as a plug-and-play upgrade to meet the requirements of tuned VAG 1.8T and 2.0 TFSI / TSI engines with front-wheel drive (FWD).

With a flow rate of 265 liters per hour, this fuel pump provides a reliable fuel supply for engine outputs of 400HP+. It replaces the factory-installed in-tank pump directly in the stock housing and prevents the mixture from becoming too lean under high boost pressure.

To meet the highest quality standards and eliminate production deviations, every DeatschWerks fuel pump is subjected to a comprehensive, multi-stage performance test by trained technicians.

The test includes the following measured values:

1. Flow rate measurement at pressures of 40 psi, 60 psi, 80 psi and 100 psi

2. Current draw at the respective pressure levels

3. PRV activation point (Pressure Relief Valve)

4. Check of the check valve function

5. Cavitation analysis

6. Visual and technical final quality inspection
