Description:
- The turbocharger is installed in longitudinally mounted Audi / Seat / VW 1.8T engines, such as the Audi A4 B5 1.8T or Passat 3B 1.8T. The turbocharger is a direct replacement for the original unit. All connections are the same as the original, except that the turbo inlet is slightly larger at 50 mm. For this, you must use this intake hose: 380905 or 380906. The software must be adjusted to accommodate the turbo. To achieve an output of approximately 260 hp, the following must be installed: silicone intake hose, 380 cc fuel injectors, intercooler kit, upgraded exhaust manifold, 200-CPI sports catalytic converter, a downpipe of at least 63.5 mm, and an exhaust system. With proper ECU tuning, up to 300 hp is possible.

Please note that after replacing the turbocharger, the oil supply and return lines must be replaced. You can obtain these from your VAG dealer.
- Compressor impeller 60>46.5 mm made from a milled aluminum block
- Turbine wheel 45>40 mm
- Wastegate actuator, opening pressure approx. 0.4 bar (a higher-pressure wastegate actuator rated at 0.7 bar is available under item no. 460139)

- Also suitable for small turbo conversions up to 1.8L, such as the G40, Fiat Punto/Uno Turbo, etc.
