Description:
The ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces back pressure, relieves the turbo, which in turn brings more power and lower exhaust gas temperature. The post-cat sensor may need to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel to prevent warping and thus prevent leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. There are 2 lambda sensor fittings M18x1.5mm welded in.
The connecting pipe to the exhaust has ø 76mm and is reduced to the original size of the exhaust system of 60mm.
The downpipe sits between the turbocharger and the exhaust. A 200 cell cat is recommended. It can be used up to max. 500HP, of course all other components such as intake, exhaust system, injectors, manifold, intercooler, turbocharger must also be installed and the software adapted accordingly. Upgrade turbochargers such as K04-064 plug & play fit the downpipe as well.
