The old turbo is simply replaced with the new one. No welding required. Oil and water connections fit from the old turbo, but the oil supply line should definitely be renewed. The original intercooler must be repositioned because the intake is 76mm and the original intake hose no longer fits.

Please note that the installation of this item constitutes a modification that renders the vehicle's operating permit invalid under the StVZO. Not permitted for use on public roads.

The turbo kit can possibly be registered according to §21 StVZO after successful emissions, noise, and performance measurement.
