- Boost controller/boost pressure regulator electronic with high-quality N75 pulse valve

The R32 Turbo Kit offered here was designed and installed by us directly on our former Golf 4 R32. It is therefore plug & play for Golf 4 R32 and Golf 4 2.8L 24v. The centerpiece consists of the downpipe and boost piping. We paid attention to a high precision fit and optimized the intake tract. Downpipe and boost piping are handcrafted in Germany. High-quality stainless steel is used.

We also focused on using high-quality components from well-known brand manufacturers, e.g. for the injectors, the N75 valve, as well as relevant gaskets and compression reduction. Garrett turbos also pursue this concept for high kit durability. To achieve an engine output of up to 450 hp, we opted for an external fuel pump solution incl. catch tank. However, if you prefer to use an internal fuel pump, please contact us. Where possible, all connections and relevant seals are included. The silicone hoses are high-quality and come with suitably selected elbows, connectors and reducers in black. The intercooler performed very well on the dyno up to approx. 650 hp.

For the conversion, 2x 200 cell catalytic converters should be used – the stock catalyst has too much backpressure. The exhaust system should also be backpressure free and about 76mm in diameter.

Suitable for:
- Plug and Play: VW Golf 4 R32, as well as V6 24v engines (3.2 and 2.8 liters)
- Golf V: A different manifold must be used so that the turbo does not touch the firewall. Therefore, the boost pipes and downpipe do not fit plug & play and must be adapted accordingly on the vehicle.
- The kit can also be used for other R32 / V6 engines / projects, but modifications to downpipe and boost piping are to be expected.
