Product description:
The ø 76mm stainless steel downpipe significantly reduces backpressure, relieving the turbo, which in turn provides more power, torque, and lower exhaust temperatures. The post-catalyst sensor may need to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are steel so they do not warp and thus prevent leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. There are 2 welded lambda sensor connections M18x1.5mm. The downpipe sits between turbocharger and exhaust system. A 200 cell catalytic converter is recommended. The connection to the exhaust is ø 76mm and not ø 60mm as original. Up to a maximum of 500hp can be run, but of course the other components such as intake, exhaust system, injectors, manifold, intercooler, turbocharger must also be installed and the software adapted. Upgrade turbochargers such as K04-064 plug & play also fit the downpipe.
