Product description:
- The turbocharger is replaced 1:1 with the original unit. With the silicone intake hose, larger intercooler, 76mm downpipe, 200-cell racing catalytic converter, fuel injectors, upgraded exhaust manifold, and a software adjustment, up to 300 hp is possible. The compressor wheel is machined from aluminum and measures 60>46.5mm. The compressor inlet is 50mm; therefore, this intake hose must be used. The turbine wheel measures 50>42mm, just like the original K04-023 turbo.

- Reinforced actuator, opening pressure 0.7 bar, holding pressure approx. 1.8 bar

Please note that after a turbocharger replacement, the oil supply and return lines must be replaced. You can obtain these from your VAG dealer.
