Description:
- The downpipe is located between the catalytic converter and the exhaust system. It is bolted to the original catalytic converter. It has a cross-sectional diameter of 63.5 mm. The larger downpipe reduces backpressure, relieves the turbo, and allows for increased power output—up to 350 PS, depending on the components installed. To connect to the original exhaust system, a 63>54 mm reducer sleeve must be used; however, larger exhaust systems are typically used in tuning, in which case the pipe cross-section should not be reduced.
