The OEM rubber hoses in the intercooler system tend to elastically swell under increased boost pressure (resulting in boost loss) or become porous due to extreme under-hood temperatures. Our fabric-reinforced silicone hoses are completely dimensionally stable, withstand extreme pressures well over 2 bar, and guarantee constant, loss-free airflow.

Charge Air Bypass Valve (CAB): The original, diaphragm-controlled valves are extremely prone to tearing under increased boost pressure. We recommend replacing them with the more robust piston-type variant (e.g., original from the Golf 6 R) or a reinforced GFB DV+ valve to keep boost pressure stable.
PCV Fix (crankcase ventilation): A defective PCV valve causes gradual loss of boost pressure in the crankcase and accelerates carbon buildup on the intake valves. An integrated PCV Fix or a catch-can system provides a permanent solution and protects the valve train.
The Finale: Precise ECU Tune (Software Calibration)
