Scope of delivery: - Downpipe for Golf 6 R, S3 8P, TT 8J, Leon Cupra R 1P 2.0 TFSI ø 76mm stainless steel 200-cell sport catalytic converter Euro 5 compliant - Gasket - ClampDescription: The stainless steel ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces back pressure, relieving the turbocharger, which in turn provides more power, torque, and lower exhaust temperatures. The post-cat sensor may need to be coded out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel so they do not warp and thus prevent leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. Two M18x1.5mm lambda sensor ports are welded in. The downpipe is located between the turbocharger and the exhaust system. A 200-cell metal catalytic converter is installed. The connection to the exhaust is ø 76mm and not the original ø 60mm. It can support up to max. 500 hp, of course the other components such as intake, exhaust system, fuel injectors, manifold, intercooler, turbocharger must also be installed and the software must be adjusted accordingly.
