Downpipe for Golf 6 R, Audi S3 8P Quattro 1.8 TFSI, 2.0 TFSI, 76 mm diameter stainless steel with Interlock flexible pipe

Description:
The stainless steel ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces backpressure, relieving the turbo—which in turn delivers more power, torque, and lower exhaust temperatures. The post-catalyst sensor may need to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel to prevent warping and thus avoid leaks. The flange surfaces are machined flat. Two M18x1.5 mm lambda sensor connections are welded in. The Downpipe is located between the turbocharger and the exhaust system. A 200-CPI catalytic converter is recommended. The connection to the exhaust is 76 mm in diameter, not 60 mm as in the original. It can handle power up to a maximum of 500 PS; of course, the other components—such as the intake system, exhaust system, fuel injectors, exhaust manifold, intercooler, and turbocharger—must also be installed, and the software must be adjusted accordingly. Upgrade turbos such as the K04-064 are also compatible with the downpipe on a plug-and-play basis.
