    Description: Software tuning / chip tuning for 1.8T 150 hp on KKK K04-001/K06 ( 60>46,5 ) turbocharger 
    For Golf 4 and Audi A3 with engine code AGU
    Power output to approx. 250 -280 hp
    Installed components:
    KKK K04-001 turbocharger, 380cc fuel injectors, 80mm mass airflow sensor, 76mm downpipe with 200-cell racing cat, upgraded intercooler or large intercooler kit, intake hose
    The control unit must be sent to us.
    With on-site tuning, an output of up to 280 hp can be achieved.
    If the control unit is sent in, max. 250 hp is possible.
     

    Note on basic tuning

    Since we cannot technically inspect the vehicle in advance or measure it on a dynamometer, the software is based on our extensive experience and dyno knowledge from comparable vehicle setups.

    We rely on numerous proven and reliably functioning mappings that were specifically tuned to similar combinations of turbocharger, injectors, mass airflow sensor and other hardware.

    The supplied basic application serves to ensure that the vehicle can be operated reliably with the changes made.

    IMPORTANT:
    This software is expressly not intended for permanent full-load driving, track use or extreme loads.

    For maximum performance, perfect drivability and highest operational safety, we generally recommend individual custom tuning on a dynamometer. Only there can the software be adapted exactly to the actual condition and the mechanical circumstances of the engine.

    For safety reasons, our basic tunes deliberately run slightly richer than the stock tune. This prevents the engine from running too lean under load and possible damage being caused as a result.


    Notes in case of problems after installation

    Should problems occur after installation of the modified control unit, we are of course available by phone to find a solution together with you.

    Please note, however:

    • Remote diagnostics are not always fully possible
    • In certain cases, the vehicle must be checked directly on site
    • The technical inspection and any rework are carried out in cooperation with a dynamometer partner in the Bremen area
    • There, the vehicle, hardware and software can be professionally analyzed and tuned

    ATTENTION:
    As part of statutory rectification attempts, we expressly refer to the technical inspection on the dynamometer of CCT Motorsport GmbH. Only there can modifications be properly checked and necessary adjustments reliably carried out.

    Anyone who exceeds a certain power level with the 1.8T engine will quickly reach the limits of physics with the original sensors and valves. To avoid incorrect measurements and power loss, we recommend these two essential upgrades to our customers:

    • 1) 80mm mass airflow sensor upgrade (Article 280128) From an output of approx. 230+ hp the original MAF housing reaches saturation. The result: The control unit receives incorrect measurements and can no longer correctly calculate the mixture. The enlarged 80mm housing ensures optimal flow and exact values even at high boost pressure.

    • 2) Performance pulse valve / control valve N75 (Article 160200) The original OEM boost control valve is often too weak for higher boost pressures. It tends to regulate imprecisely, which leads to boost pressure drops and noticeable power loss. Our performance valve works extremely quickly and stably – the perfect choice for your electronic boost controller and constant boost pressure build-up.
