With performance upgrades starting at Stage 2, the stock high-pressure pumps in EA888 engines - GEN3 quickly reach their flow capacity limit. A drop in fuel pressure in the rail system leads to dangerous lean-burn conditions and power loss. Thanks to the high-precision, enlarged pump piston, the Autotech Kit increases the flow rate by approximately 50% and guarantees stable fuel pressure even under extreme boost pressure.

Key Performance Data

• Recommended for: Engine outputs of approx. 300 PS or higher / Stage 2+

• Maximum power: Depending on the system components (upgrade turbocharger, injectors, low-pressure pump), up to 500 – 550 PS

Installation & Software Notes

• Installation: The conversion requires removal, disassembly, and proper reinstallation of the internal components of the original high-pressure pump. Due to the work on the high-pressure fuel system, absolute cleanliness must be ensured.

• Software adjustment: No direct ECU adjustment is required for simply starting the engine and regular daily operation. To use the full additional power and increased fuel flow in high-boost setups, individual software optimization (ECU mapping) is necessary.
