Specially developed for tuned engines, this upgrade kit enables power outputs of over 600 PS (or up to 1200 PS for V10 engines with two kits) without the need to purchase an expensive complete pump.

Unlike inferior knockoffs, Autotech relies on uncompromising U.S. quality. The CNC-machined piston features extremely tight manufacturing tolerances and is coated with a highly advanced DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) plasma coating. This guarantees absolutely wear-free operation even under extreme thermal and mechanical loads.

Vehicle Compatibility

Important Note: This kit is designed for 1st- and 2nd-generation 2.0 TFSI EA888 engines as well as for corresponding 2.5 TFSI and 3.0 TFSI engines.

Not compatible with EA113 timing belt engines or 3rd-generation (Gen. 3) EA888 engines. For EA888 Gen. 3, the corresponding Autotech pump kit 10.127.203K is required.

This upgrade kit fits the factory-installed high-pressure pumps on the following models:

⚠️ IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTE (Engine Protection!)

After installing a high-pressure pump or this upgrade kit, the engine must NOT be started immediately!

Procedure: Open the driver’s door and leave it open (or turn on the ignition) until the electric feed pump in the fuel tank has built up sufficient pressure and delivered fuel to the high-pressure pump. Listen for the audible signal indicating that the system is filled. Only then start the engine. Failure to do so will cause the high-pressure pump to run dry and fail immediately!
