Product description:The ø 76mm stainless steel downpipe significantly reduces back pressure, taking load off the turbo, which in turn results in more power, torque, and lower exhaust gas temperatures. The post-cat sensor may need to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel to prevent warping and thus avoid leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. Two M18x1.5mm lambda sensor ports are welded in. The downpipe sits between the turbocharger and the exhaust system. A 200 cell cat is recommended. The connection to the exhaust is ø 76mm, unlike the original ø 60mm. Power up to max. 500HP can be achieved, however, all other components such as intake, exhaust system, injectors, manifold, intercooler, turbocharger must also be installed and the software must be adjusted accordingly. Upgrade turbochargers such as K04-064 plug & play also fit to the downpipe.
