Our universal turbos feature a seal for the oil supply and return lines and a matching flange for a seamless connection. BOV valves can be used to practically increase efficiency while simultaneously extending the service life of your new turbocharger.

But what makes a turbocharger so special? 

Turbochargers are used precisely when the performance and efficiency of a vehicle need to be increased even with a small engine displacement. The key feature of this system comes into play during the discharge of exhaust gases into the ambient air. Normally, this exhaust is of no further relevance to the vehicle, but the turbo makes use of precisely this energy to drive a turbine. On the same shaft is the so-called compressor wheel, which draws in fresh air and, as the name suggests, “compresses” it. Compared directly to naturally aspirated engines, the cylinders are filled measurably better by the compressed air, and both the driver and the vehicle benefit from optimized engine performance. On the other hand, the use of a turbocharger naturally also shines with reduced fuel consumption – good for the environment and good for your wallet.  

A system whose components do not rely on the engine’s additional power but instead convert waste exhaust gases – this is precisely why turbochargers work so efficiently and offer you all the benefits listed above, from maximum torque to optimized emissions.
